THE MOLLY PITCHER CLUB COCKTAIL by Garrett McKechnie
Dash of Whiskey Barrel Bitters
¾ oz. homemade pineapple demerara syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
2 oz. Plymouth Gin
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with star anise and fresh grated cinnamon.
Finish with a light absinthe spray.
