RIO BREAKS

Justin Mitchell has directed a surf documentary that offers much much more than just bikinis and "right on brah's". This film follows the lives of a group of surfers who have found survival from the rough drug-filled neighborhoods they grow up in, by taking to the ocean.  IFC is streaming the film in it's entirety for this week only, just go watch it here /LINK

Little Drifters was a simple, fun, creative contest I recently came across on Booooooom. Although it's too late to enter the contest, its never too late to try making your own little floating wonder.  I think this project is something everyone can participate in, and should.
